Version 1.3 of the Green Workplace Challenge Competition Manual has been released and is now available to download from the GWC website.
The limit on points for ENERGY STAR building certifications has been removed (Action 9) so that businesses may receive 5 points for each ENERGY STAR certified building for which they submit documentation. Previously, businesses could only receive credit for up to 4 ENERGY STAR certified buildings. Certifications must be current (September 2010 or more recent) to receive points.
Additionally, an ENERGY STAR certification action has been added to the Property Manager actions section of the GWC manual (Action PM14).
